What can I expect?
What can I expect from therapy?
You bring your experience, I bring mine! Therapy is about establishing an authentic relationship where you feel supported and guided. In your sessions with me you can expect to get some answers and some questions—and a whole lot of perspective. You'll learn that you're not alone in your struggles, and you'll gain a better understanding of why things have been difficult for you as we unravel your past safely. Most importantly, though, you'll come out of it feeling stronger than ever before.Vulnerability is the first step to healing. When we are able to be vulnerable with ourselves, we are able to open up, and connect with others. This connection can lead to healing, peace, and clarity.
What are the benefits of online?
1. Convenience
Online therapy is a great way to get the help you need, when you need it. You can set up a session and talk to your therapist whenever it's convenient for you.
2. Emotional Growth & Clarity
Therapy can be a great way to grow as an individual and help you become more comfortable in your own skin.
Online therapy is a great way to get the help you need from a professional without having to leave your home. It's also convenient because you can go at your own pace, and there are no limits on how many sessions you can have in a single day or week.
Online therapy also helps people who don't have access to mental health professionals or live in areas where local therapists aren't available.
